Resistance to Change
In this modern and dynamic society of ours, in which live individuals, groups, and organizations, we experience the paradox between a constant and growing pressure for changes, each time faster and, at the same time, an increase in difficulty for realizing them. Very often, we feel run over by how changes are introduced, getting the feeling that as soon as we absorb an innovation, something new comes up, demanding us to change concepts, skills, and habits that we barely had time to get to know and experience. We understand that this changing environment is a phenomenon resulting from the combination of two factors: the market dynamics, and the individuation process.
