Approach:

We built together with our clients, bearing in mind that protagonism of change begins by when we become owners of the process. Therefore, the consultant’s role is to help create the space and time to generate clarity in thought, warmth in relationships and energy for action.

This approach, inspired by Anthroposophy, is based on the impulse of Bernard Lievegoed, founder of the Netherlands Pedagogical Institute (NPI), and was brought to Brazil by Daniel Burkhard, founder of Adigo Consultores.

With this in mind, we design and facilitate development processes, the integration of workshops, structured meetings, individual or group coaching, dynamics and experiences for the best result and according to the uniqueness of each situation and group.

This is our inspiration: working from the strength of the “I” and the “We”, we encourage individuals, groups and organizations to live their purposes, keeping the flame alive.
