Very often we get more concerned about answers. However, from the leader’s perspective, questions are of most importance.
What really matters is how a question is asked. As leaders, we should use a different and large question repertoire, and be able to change direction as needed. We must keep in mind that conversation is a living being, and because of this, it needs to be cared for and fed.
