The Program
The Leadership Journey Through Anthroposophy is a program that was created inspired by the training course Spiritual Deepening for Consultants, by former Adigo Consultores, and the Multipliers Training Program, from Germinar, which were both carried out by some of the current Journey’s coordinators, with the aim of offering a path of spiritual development, from Anthroposophy, to individuals who experience the world of organizations, whether business or social.
With the closing of the Spiritual Deepening program in 2014, we felt the momentum should be maintained, renewed and fostered by “sister institutions”, Lumo, ComViver and EcoSocial, who have in Anthroposophy the inspiration for their work.
It has become clear to us that the development paths proposed by Lumo’s Fulfilling Leadership Program, Adigo’s Training of Consultants and Leaders, Coaches Development Programs by EcoSocial and by ComViver’s Germinar program, awaken the desire to continue the process of self-knowledge and awareness, supported by “destiny companions” with whom we can share challenges and pursuits.
In this context, representatives from Lumo (Selim, Vera and João), ComViver (Silvio Urbano) and EcoSocial (Adma Garzeri) came together to build and launch in 2016 the Leadership Journey Through Anthroposophy, a 2-year program that concluded with great success and deep joy its first class, with 28 people, in July 2018.
In this Journey, we will seek, side by side, to deepen and unveil the archetypes behind the concepts seen in these programs, formulate new questions and answers, and meet the individual needs of sustaining a structured development process, based on spiritual values, substantiated by Anthroposophy.
We understand that material and spiritual issues related to our time require a differentiated and profound approach to support the Human Being in the necessary action for a social and organizational transformation. In this context, we hope that the participants of this Journey:
- Explore different leadership dimensions in their organizational and social performance.
- Develop a greater awareness and practical directions about the Imagination, Inspiration and Intuition capabilities.
- Strengthen the “Leader Being” to the demands and needs of our time.
Former participants who have completed the programs Lumo Development Program | Fulfilling Leadership, Adigo’s Consultants and Leaders Training, Coaches Training from EcoSocial or the Germinar Program from ComViver, and who have a spiritual search, interest in deepening their knowledge of Anthroposophy and a desire to follow this path with a diverse group with similar aspirations.
Throughout 7 modules, we will work on spiritual content with different approaches and plenty of art, including:
- Research activities
- Dialog presentations
- Individual and group work
- Artistic activities – painting, modeling, theater…

We understand that a two-year commitment should be aligned with the program’s needs, as well as with the financial possibilities and the expected results of this program for the practical life of each participant.
In this way, before the beginning of each class, we hold an alignment meeting with the registrants, in which we carry out a class financial balance point exercise. In this exercise, we ask that all reflect on their individual financial needs and possibilities for this commitment, considering the expenses related to lodging, driving, materials and support to other participants, among others. This discussion is one of the highlights of the program, allowing the group to start the Journey by practicing financial awareness and fraternity in a way that is good for the individuals, the group and for the Journey’s sustainability.
Following a self-management model, the group itself will be responsible for the financial and social issues of the class, from the formation of a delegated group of participants, chosen in the initial alignment meeting previously mentioned. This group will have the following responsibilities:
- Identify needs and define the rules of financial support and scholarships;
- Manage the resources made available by the class and allocate them to the required payments;
- Provide information and mobilize participants for the commitments made by the class.
